great convenience for exploring nearby parks and landmarks

We had an amazing stay with friendly staff were great to make our visit comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to beautiful parks and the Elizabeth River made our weekend strolls enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, convenient to stores in the area.

Staff at front desk and overall the employee's where very nice

Plumbing was slow, and saw small ants in my room

Beds very good, room tastefully appointed.

The plastic cutlery at the breakfast was unacceptable. If you have to use plastic, at least use some heavier cutlery,. The breakfast selections could have been amplier.

Room hiccup but good vibes

So, I checked in with my fiancé and we got a double booked room, weird, right? They switched us, but no sorry or anything! Housekeeping also forgot trash bags after our switch, annoying. The hotel was clean and comfy overall, tho, and breakfast was decent if a bit simple. Just gotta work on the details.

Comforts of nice a double room with comfortable bed were fabulous. The location was great, next to the Airport and easily accessible. There was Hardee's nearby to grab something to eat.

Well, the area was very unsafe overall.

The pool was good to go and the staff was friendly.

Room kind of smelled, especially the inside of the dressers. Just hung my cloths up on the shower curtain rod. Also was creeped out by a black bug that I killed, I was on the bed watching TV and felt it on my leg. Lastly, treadmill belt slips, almost broke my neck. I ended up getting a temp 7 day pass from Anytime fitness so I could run.

The facilities were well-maintained and offered a nice blend of comfort and convenience. The staff showed a commendable level of attentiveness. I appreciated the variety in the breakfast choices, made for an enjoyable morning routine.

I was disappointed to find that I did not receive my requested King bed, resulting in two double beds instead.

Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and awesome

The staff seemed pretty nice.

Our room didn't have a working exhaust fan in the bathroom. One of the females who worked the front desk wasn't very reliant when asked to get something done. The room with the pool was very cold when we first got in there and if asked the girl for someone to help with that and my husband ended up having to find the thermostat himself and fixing the problem. I wish I could remember her name. She wore a scarf around her neck every time I saw her.

The breakfast offered a variety of fresh options. The staff was polite and attentive. The fitness center was well-maintained. Asuper clean and cozy environment 😊
